+ 1 scoop/sachet Juice Plus+ Vanilla Complete+ 250ml unsweetened oat milk
+ 4 ice cubes
+ 1 tsp cinnamon
+ 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
+ 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
+ 1/2 tsp ground cloves
+ 1/2 tsp ground ginger
