Dairy-Free | Low-Fat | Healthy Hot Chocolate | 

 

Ingredients    

 

+  1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
+  1/2 cup boiled water
+  2 tsp cinnamon (or to taste)
+  1 tsp honey (or sweetener of choice)
+  20 g ceremonial cacao

  

Directions  

  1. Boil the water and combine it with almond milk in a blender.
  2. Add the cacao, cinnamon, and honey (or sweetener of choice).
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into a glass over ice for a chilled version or serve warm as a spiced hot chocolate. Enjoy!
