Ingredients    

    + 400g fresh strawberries, hulled
    + 400ml full-fat coconut milk
    + 6 medjool dates, soaked in warm water for 10 minutes
    + 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
    + 10 Juice Plus Fruit Chewables
    + 60ml warm water

        

      Directions  

      1. Prepare the Chewables: Dissolve the Juice Plus+ Chewables in 60ml of warm water, stirring until smooth.
      2. Blend the Base: In a blender, add the strawberries, coconut milk, soaked dates (along with a few tablespoons of the soaking water), vanilla extract, and dissolved chewables mixture. Blend until creamy.
      3. Chill the Mixture: Transfer to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for 2 hours or until fully chilled.
      4. Churn the Ice Cream: Pour into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until thick and creamy.
      5. Freeze Before Serving: Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for 2-4 hours for a firmer texture.
