Ingredients
+ 250 ml unsweetened oat milk
+ 20 g ceremonial cacao rocks
+ 1 tsp maca powder
+ 1 Medjool date (soaked in water)
+ Himalayan salt, to taste
Directions
- Soak the date in water for 5 minutes.
- Heat a quarter of the milk in a saucepan and dissolve the cacao rocks.
- Blend the soaked date with 1 tbsp of its water and maca powder.
- Stir the blended mixture into the cacao and add the remaining milk.
- Pour into a cup and garnish with a pinch of Himalayan salt.
