Cool off this festive season with our refreshing Raspberry Chia Agua Fresca. This gluten-free and plant-based drink is a perfect addition to any summer gathering. Packed with hydrating coconut water and fruity flavours, it’s as healthy as it is delicious.
Ingredients
+ 240ml water+ 50g chia seeds
+ 725ml coconut water
+ 70g frozen raspberries
+ 1 scoop/sachet Juice Plus+ Vanilla Complete
+ 4 ice cubes
Directions
- Stir the chia seeds in water and let them thicken for 10 minutes.
- In a blender, add the coconut water, raspberries, Juice Plus+ Vanilla Complete, and chia mixture.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy!
Notes
- No Coconut Water: Replace with water or a plant-based milk of choice.
