Make breakfast exciting with this kid-friendly, overnight bowl! Packed with protein from Juice Plus+ Vanilla Complete, yogurt, and oats, it’s the perfect way to kick-start the day. Prep it the night before for a hassle-free morning, and let the kids customise with their favourite fruits and sprinkles. This fun and nutritious breakfast bowl will quickly become a family favourite.

 

Ingredients

 + 1 scoop/sachet Juice Plus+ Complete Vanilla

+ 180g unsweetened coconut yoghurt

+ 1 cup milk of choice (oat, soy, almond etc.)

+ 1 tsp dried hibiscus flower

+ 1 tbs chia seeds

+ 1 cup rolled oats 

For Garnish

+ Strawberries or your favourite fresh fruit
+ Confetti sprinkles

 

Directions

  1. Combine coconut yoghurt and dairy free milk in large mixing bowl
  2. Whisk in dried hibiscus flower, chia seeds and rolled oats
  3. Separate mix into small bowls and seal with lids
  4. Refrigerate overnight
  5. Garnish with strawberries and confetti sprinkles
